Tour Buses
We take pride in renting all our tour buses from companies that have experienced drivers and buses equipped with Radio/TV and a rest room.
Tour Directors
A qualified tour director is hired to escort all Select Tours one-day or multi days trips.
When a group is booking a trip from us, they can request for a tour director to escort their trip.
Departure Points
All of Select Tours trips originate in Chicopee, Massachusetts. However, we do have pick ups in Northampton, West Springfield, Springfield, MA and Enfield, CT. On most of our retail trips we will make special pick ups in Route to the destination at commuter lots off the highways.
Groups booking with us will have to inform us of their departure point, that being a safe and large parking lot for the bus to stop and for people to leave their cars. We are not responsible for any damages or thefts to vehicles left in yours or ours designated parking lots. Select Tours will try to provide customers with maps of the departure point when we send the itinerary or other information.
One Day & Multi Days Trips
We have selected day and multi days packages that we offer to groups and to the general public.
If you are visiting the Massachusetts area, give us a call to see if we can accommodate your group.
Student/Youth Trips
All the student and youth trips are priced based on a minimum of 40 paying passengers with a per-head adjustment for a group  that falls below the 40 passengers. There will be one complimentary for every 20 paying passengers once you reach the minimum required.
Event/Sports/Concerts Tickets
This rule is for all our retail and group trips. Most of theatres, stadiums, concerts halls will not refund any money for tickets. In fact most tickets are nonrefundable unless the event is canceled by the promoters, theatres, stadiums, etc. Rain or shine the game or the show will go on. Everyone that has purchased a one day or multi day trip that includes tickets for an event such as baseball, football, concert, Broadway show, etc. will not get any refunds from Select Tours as most of the tickets purchased by Select Tours are nonrefundable as described in the back of the tickets. However, in the event that the game or show or other event scheduled for that trip  is canceled or postponed, Select Tours will inform the customers with any information provided from event place for any refunds or future event date. Any customer booking baseball games needs to look for the canceled or postponed game information on the baseball team website. If you don't have access to the internet, please request a copy from Select Tours.
Hotel/Restaurants
On all our overnight trips, we try our best to book 3-4 star hotels that are centrally located of the city/town that we are visiting. We make reservations with well known or well rated restaurants. All the information for the hotels and restaurants used on our trips will be listed in the flyers when available. The passengers will know the full information at the time of booking or when they receive the itinerary with the rest of the information.
Travel Insurance
Select Tours suggests to all our customers to purchase (additional cost) travel insurance provided by TRAVEL INSURED INTERNATIONAL of Connecticut. Customers can purchase the insurance for a one day or for multi days trips from Select Tours or from the insurance company.
All Group Leaders, Teachers, Chaperones or any person that is organizing a trip for their school, social club, family or others, should purchase the group travel insurance for all one day and multi days trip to avoid any monetary losses for trips that need to be cancelled last minute because of injuries or whether.

Refund and Cancellation Policies
If the customer (s) must cancel the trip few days prior of the scheduled date and can't find someone to take their place, Select Tours will work with the customer and try to find someone from the waiting list (if available) or someone calling the last minute. However, Select Tours will not refund any money unless the event is canceled and Select Tours receive refunds from their vendors.

One Day Cancellation and Refund Policy Per Person unless nonrefundable.
Less then 15 days prior to the trip = No refunds.
More then 15 days prior to trip = 50% of the value of the trip minus the nonrefundable tickets.

  Multi Days Cancellation and Refund Policy
We strongly suggest that customers purchase travel insurance to avoid any last minute cancellations.
Less then 15 days prior to the trip = No refunds.
More then 15 days prior to trip = 50% of the value of the trip minus the nonrefundable tickets, hotels, meals, etc.
